A man was injured Tuesday when the cement truck he was driving rolled over on Meridian Road, northeast of Colorado Springs, according to Falcon Fire officials.

The truck driver with Advanced Ready Mix Inc., a concrete supply company in Colorado Springs, sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital, said Falcon Fire Protection District spokeswoman Robin Widmar.

Northbound Meridian Road was down to one lane between Eastonville Road and Woodmen Hills Drive as fire and emergency crews cleaned up small cement and gas leaks from the wreck, Widmar said.

The rollover was reported about 10 a.m., and investigators were trying to determine the cause.

No damage to other vehicles or property was reported.
