SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) — Cedar Point is celebrating the anniversary of its oldest roller coaster.

The Blue Streak opened at the amusement park in Sandusky 50 years ago this past week.

The wooden roller coaster built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company gave its first rides in 1964.

Cedar Point plans on marking the milestone at a ceremony on June 21.
