CANON CITY — A woman in Cañon City is facing charges after police cited 24 juveniles and 12 adults between 18 and 21 for being at a party where alcohol was allegedly given to minors.

Corvet Griffin is facing charges of reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice, child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to the Cañon City Daily Record (http://tinyurl.com/ormylxt ), police say the underage drinking party Saturday night was at her home.

The statement of probable cause also states that Saturday night, officers notified the Department of Human Services and informed them of "a 21-month-old baby sleeping in an upstairs room with alcohol bottles and marijuana pipes on the floor."

An attorney for Griffin could not be found in Colorado court records.
