Colorado Springs police are searching for the shooter who sent a bullet through a home in southeast Colorado Springs on Tuesday night.

Officers had received several reports of shots fired in Deerfield Hills Park on Tuesday, police said, when residents in the home at 3259 Monica Drive West, across the street from the park, called around 10:30 p.m. to report that a single round had entered their home. Police said no one in the home was injured.

After investigating, officers determined that the bullet had come from the park. Police searched the area but were not able to find the shooter.
