Colorado Springs Police are working to identify suspects in a New Year's Eve brawl that sent a man and woman to the hospital with minor injuries early Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to a house party at a home on the 5000 block of Briscoglen Drive, near Broadmoor Bluffs Drive, just after midnight on reports of a stabbing and an assault.

When officers arrived, they found that a 19-year-old woman who lived in the home had been cut in the arm during a fight that broke out in the basement. Police said they also found a 20-year-old man who had been hit in the face with a hard object during a brawl outside of the home.

Both the man and the woman were taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
