Boy, 10, uses stick to fight off masked man at Colorado playground

LARIMER COUNTY - When a masked man grabbed a boy at a playground in Larimer County, the boy hit him with a stick and ran to a neighbor's house for help.

The attempted abduction happened in the Campion area, south of Loveland, at about 3 p.m. Saturday, according to the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

The 10-year-old boy said a man wearing a black mask grabbed him at the playground by Campion Academy.

The boy described the man as 5'11" - 6'0" tall with a medium build. The man was dressed in dark pants and a black hoodie investigators said.
