The great outdoors can be found indoors and under one roof for three days this weekend when the Colorado Springs Sport & Boat Show takes over event space on Palmer Park Boulevard.

The family-friendly showcase features presentations by fishing and hunting legends and a large selection of retail watercraft, including fishing and wakeboard boats.

Bowhunter Trevon Stoltzfus, of the online show "Outback Outdoors," will host seminars on hunting elk, deer, bear and turkey in Colorado. Stoltzfus writes for many national hunting magazines and was the archery co-host for the TV show "The Best of the West."

Bill Dvorak, of the Nathrop-based Dvorak's Rafting, Kayak and Fishing Expeditions, will host Saturday and Sunday seminars about "Fly Fishing on the Gunnison." The veteran sportsman, environmentalist and mountaineer grew up on a ranch near Sheridan, Wyo., and has fly-fished extensively in the Rocky Mountains, Australia and New Zealand.

"Sportsman of Colorado" radio show founder and host Scott Whatley also will make a special appearance.
