Gazette Premium Content Boat and outdoor show coming to Colorado Springs

The first Colorado Springs Boat & Outdoor Show will be at the Colorado Springs Event Center 3960 Palmer Park at Academy for a three-day event Friday through Sunday. This family friendly event has something for every outdoor enthusiast, including hunting and fishing exhibits, and outfitters - plus one of the largest displays of boats for sale under one roof with special show discounts all weekend long. Gator Queen Liz from History Channel's hit TV show "Swamp People" will be at the show signing autographs and taking photographs with her fans on Saturday from 11am to 3pm.

Fly fishers will have tons of booths to shop from, all at special show prices. The Gnomish Traveling Rod Exhibit displays the history of Fishing rods starting in the late 1700's through the mid 1900's! They will be providing free antique rod appraisals!

Colorado Parks and Wildlife will bring their Laser Hunting Simulator and Poaching Trailer to the show. The National Wild Turkey Federation and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation will provide a Laser Shooting Range.

There will be hourly seminars hosted by Colorado's Outdoorsman Radio Show on 560AM KLZ. See attached seminar schedule.

Friday, February 21 - 1pm to 7pm

Saturday, February 22 - 10am to 6pm

Sunday, February 23 - 11am to 4pm

Adults $5.00 Military and Seniors (62+) $4 Youth 12 and under are free.
