Colorado Springs police searched for a man they say robbed the American Bank of Commerce branch on South Tejon Street Thursday.

The robbery was reported about 10:40 a.m. from the bank at 434 S. Tejon St., off Cimarron Street, according to police spokesman Larry Herbert.

The man did not display a weapon and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, fleeing the area on foot, police said.

Anyone with information can call police at 444-7000.
