DENVER - Colorado's avalanche season isn't quite over yet. Along with the weekend's wintry weather, the Colorado Avalanche Information Center reported two confirmed snow slides.

Saturday's slide was triggered as three riders were on Mount Stanley, the CAIC field report states. One of the riders was descending from the summit when a storm slab approximately 3-feet deep failed.

The second reported avalanche was a significantly lesser event on the west side of Berthoud Pass on Monday.
