The Vice-Presidents family were at Ft. Carson on Sunday to visit with families on post and autograph their children's book, "Marlon Bundo's A Day in the Life of the Vice-President". Vice-President Mike Pence's daughter, Charlotte Pence, wrote the book and his wife, Karen Pence, illustrated it. Marlon Bundo is an actual pet of the Pence family. They got the idea for doing the book when the bunny was getting so much attention on social media. He has been making some of the book tour with them, but wasn't able to make it to Ft. Carson. Proceeds from the book go to the charities,Tracy's Kids, which provides young cancer patients with art therapy. Book sales portions will also go towards A21, an anti-human trafficking nonprofit.
