Vantage Home presents stunning new lots and model homes

Vantage Homes continues to evolve to meet the needs and desires of home buyers. The builder has a wealth of new floor plans, model homes and lots available throughout some of the most beloved communities in northern Colorado Springs. “Our number one thing is listening to what our buyers want and need, that’s how we develop all of our plans – we carefully listen to the ever-evolving requests of our buyers and use that feedback to develop or change plans based on that information,” said Mike Hess, Executive Vice President of Vantage Homes. “It’s a very exciting time at Vantage Homes because there are a lot of brand new and fantastic opportunities – new dirt, new floor plans, new model homes – for all buyers to see.”


Sanctuary Pointe in Monument opened just this past summer, making it one of the newest communities in the region. Located in District 38, this community is located right off of Baptist and Roller Coaster Road. Nestled in the trees and nearby Fox Run Regional Park, the area affords tranquility, natural beauty and large, private lots. Vantage Homes’ Riverwood model home was the builder’s parade home, and also opened over the summer. This stunning ranch plan features more than 4,400 square feet with five bedrooms, and five full bathrooms, plus a half bath. It’s rare to see a home where every bedroom has a dedicated bath. “The focus was creating a home that works for families with a lot of kids or that might have a lot of guests – we wanted to make it so that everyone gets their own private space,” said Hess. “The feedback on this home has been very positive, the use of space is very efficient and comfortable.” Vantage Homes’ will be getting new lots in Sanctuary Pointe at the beginning of 2018.


Flying Horse is a luxurious country club community in which Vantage Homes was one of the original three builders. A lot of excitement has been generated around the builder’s new lots and model home. “Everyone knows Flying Horse but what most people don’t realize is that there are still a couple years of development left in there, and these are some of the best lots we’ve ever had,” said Hess. The Copperwood is a spacious ranch plan that can offer more than 4,700 square feet. Since the model home opened this past summer, buyers have fallen in love with it. The open concept plan has a lot of flexible spaces including an optional secondary master suite on the main, which can have its own kitchenette, living room and front courtyard. This is the perfect option as an in-law suite for multi-generational families, or the ideal haven for extended stay guests.


The Farm is celebrated for its ponds, trails and beautiful community center, for which plans are underway. It’s one of the most centrally-located communities that Vantage Homes builds in, near the booming Voyager-Interquest corridor, but is peacefully tucked into a lush valley. While homeowners are right in the heart of it all – less than five minutes from i25, shopping, restaurants and more – they can enjoy a life of natural beauty and adventure. Vantage Homes released its newest section of lots the first weekend of November, and is about to start construction on two brand new model homes, which will be opening in spring/summer of 2018.


Northfork at Briargate is known for having the best price point in District 20. It features homes starting from the low to mid 300s, right in the middle of town at Powers and Old Ranch Road behind Pine Creek High School. Vantage Homes is thrilled about its brand new filing of lots that incorporates a large green belt park right down the middle; giving dozens of buyers the opportunity to have a home across from the two-block long park. The builder will also be opening its new model home, the Berkeley, in mid-November. The Berkeley Plan is a 3,400 square foot rancher that has been extremely popular among buyers. “We don’t even have the model open just yet but people are buying this plan off paper, because of how well it’s thought out and how usable the space is,” said Hess. “Buyers love it because it’s less than 4,000 square feet, yet has offers the flexibility you usually find in a larger home. The main level can be arranged as two bedrooms and a study, two bedrooms and a formal dining room, or even three sizable bedrooms.


Cordera is one of the best family-focused communities in the region. There are amazing green spaces throughout and just about every block is a cul-de-sac – so there are fewer crossroads, thruways and traffic, making it safer for kids and pets. “Several of our new lots in Cordera are larger than what we’ve seen in the past, and a lot of them back to green space or face west – they’re unbelievable,” said Hess. The Tahoe is Vantage Homes’ new model home that opened mid-October. The roughly 4,200 square foot ranch is a unique plan with a delightful courtyard in the front, flexible spaces and three car garage (with optional four car garage). Cordera, Northfork at Briargate, The Farm and Flying Horse are all located in School District 20.


“We feel so fortunate because we get to build in what we see as the most desirable communities in the Springs, and each one of those communities offer different amenities and new opportunities to build some beautiful homes on brand new lots,” said Hess. “We are very excited about the remainder of the year and with what we are seeing for 2018, it should be a lot of fun.”
