Police searching for hit-and-run suspect

Colorado Springs police are looking for a person involved in a hit-and-run Thursday morning that sent one to the hospital. 

The car in question is a black Hyundai with a missing left quarter panel. 

Police received the call about the accident in the 600 block of Yuma Street 7:51 a.m. No information was available on the condition of the person sent to the hospital. 

Anyone with information on the vehicle should contact police at 719-444-7000.
