Man must register as life-long sex offender after taking a picture up woman's skirt at Broncos game

A man who thrust a camera under a woman’s skirt at a Broncos game as she waited for her husband to leave a bathroom was sentenced Monday to eight years of intensive sex offender probation and 30 days in jail.

Jacob Magee, 35, pleaded guilty in April to one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a Class 6 felony.

Magee, was already a registered sex offender when the incident took place in October. The sentence requires him to register as a sex offender for life.He received credit for three days he has already served.

The woman was waiting for her husband when she felt her skirt move, “and looked down to see the suspect pulling his camera phone from under her skirt,” according to a police report.\
