Denver Metro Chamber: Another round of legislative dos and don'ts

The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce announced positions on 10 bills working their way through the Colorado General Assembly.

The Chamber supports:

Study Drone Use by Public Safety Agencies (HB17-1070)

Tax Credit for Employer-assisted Housing Projects (HB17-1091)

Bank and Credit Union Reliance on a Certificate of Trust (HB17-1157)

Rural Economic Advancement of Colorado Towns (SB17-022)

Sales and Use Tax Payment to Wrong Local Government (SB17-112)

The Chamber opposes:

Highway Congestion Mitigation (HB17-1153)

Existing Businesses in Business Improvement District (HB17-1167)

Authorize New Transportation Revenue Anticipation Notes (HB17-1171)

Participating Provide Network Selection Criteria (SB17-088)

Consumer Access to Health Care (SB17-151)
