All Colorado driver's license offices will be closed at 3 p.m. Friday as officials conduct a technology upgrade, the state's Department of Revenue announced Tuesday.

The offices will also be closed on Presidents Day on Feb. 20 and won't reopen until the following day.

Technology upgrade will shut down driver-based online services from Jan. 17-20, including driver's license and identification card renewal, address change and emergency contact information.

The closure won't affect county title and registration offices. Appointment scheduling and motor vehicle renewal will be available at this time.
