Two overnight fires happened in Colorado Springs, into the early-morning hours of Thanksgiving.

Unit #108 in an apartment building at 1610 N. Murray Blvd., in the Rustic Hills neighborhood near Pikes Peak Avenue, caught fire about 4 a.m. The Colorado Springs Fire Department extinguished the blaze, and no injuries were reported, according to Colorado Springs Police.

Building residents were evacuated.

A turn-of-the-last-century empty home in the 400 block of East Cucharras St., near Wahsatch Avenue, also caught fire.

Both incidents are under investigation, with no causes yet released.
