South Africans are petitioning to ban TV hunting personality Melissa Bachman from their country after she posted a picture of a male lion she killed on Twitter and Facebook.

The picture shows the smiling Minnesota native and hunting show presenter holding a gun next to the dead beast.

Bachman hosts a hunting show called "Winchester Deadly Passion" that follows her on different hunting trips.
