Are you prepared for the zombie apocalypse?

Fox Run Park was the site of “Be Prepared … Don’t be a Zombie” run on Saturday. Participants ran a traditional 5K or a 3K Zombie Run, where they were chased along the route by zombies trying to steal the runners’ “life flags.”

The run was sponsored by El Paso County Parks and was intended to showcase the need for all residents to have their own disaster preparedness plans.
