TACOMA, Wash - The Colorado Springs Sky Sox fell 5-2 to the host, Pacific North Division-leading Rainiers late Wednesday night.

The Sox were limited to six hits, two by Xavier Nady.

Aaron Cook gave up two runs on five hits in four innings as a starter. He did not figure in the decision with the loss going to Mike McClendon.

James Paxton picked up the victory, allowing two runs in five innings.

The Sky Sox got an RBI from Jose Gonzalez and Ryan Wheeler and Ben Paulsen scored the runs.
