Black Forest Fire Destroyed Homes Updated Tuesday at 12:00 p.m.

The Gazette has been double-checking the list of properties sent out by the county and has discovered a few discrepancies. In most case properties are double-listed as being destroyed, or double-listed having survived the blaze. In one case, a property was listed as destroyed that is known to be intact. The list is a useful tool but it is understandable that in publishing a lot of information quickly there may be a few errors.

Note: According to the latest list released Friday morning about 80% of surveyed homes are listed as undamaged.
