Warrior two in the grass. An actual tree to gaze at in tree pose. Savasana under the clouds.
There are even more options for posing in the parks this summer, and if you've never experienced a yoga class outside, you're in for a treat. With all of our gorgeous scenery, it's a no-brainer. Some classes even provide live music.
Bring a mat or try going without and spread your toes wide in the grass. Bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Holding utkatasana (chair pose) in the July sun can be a fierce challenge.
