MORRISON — Federal agents have arrested a suburban Denver man and are searching his home for explosive devices.

A spokesman for the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Brad Beyersdorf, said 35-year-old Richard Lawrence Sandberg was arrested Thursday morning. It wasn't immediately clear if he had a lawyer.

Authorities aren't releasing details about the case and the indictment is sealed.

Beyersdorf said that information developed in an investigation with Denver police led agents to believe that they were explosive devices at the home near Morrison in Jefferson County.
