A 21-year-old man involved in a shooting early Friday at the Copperhead Road Honkey Tonk Saloon, 3330 N. Academy Blvd., has died, Colorado Springs police said.

Police said identified the man as a patron who had been involved in an altercation with security personnel at the saloon. Shots were fired during the scuffle, police said.

An autopsy on the man, whose name was not released, is scheduled for Saturday to determine the cause and manner of death.

Police said no one is in custody and no arrests are anticipated.

Colorado Springs Police responded around 2 a.m. to a call for shots fired at the bar.
