Carlile Bancshares of Fort Worth said Monday it has completed its acquisition of Colorado Community Bank, a $485 million bank with 17 branches along the Front Range and in eastern Colorado.
Carlile said it received Federal Reserve approval on Dec. 13 and closed the transaction on Friday.
The purchase price was a two-part transaction totaling $65 million, $35 million in cash and $30 million in notes.
Carlile’s combined assets will be $1.8 billion, with 36 branch locations, 21 in Colorado and 15 in Texas.
Carlile is the parent company of The Bank at Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, which it acquired in 2011, and Northstar Bank of Texas in Denton, Texas.
