Seven Academy School District 20 schools have earned state honors, the district recently announced.

Academy International, Chinook Trail and Mountain View elementaries were awarded both the John Irwin School of Excellence and the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award.

Aspen Valley High School and Foothills Elementary School were each given the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award.
