Space Foundation seeks teacher liaisons

October 30, 2012

The Space Foundation is accepting applications for its 2013 flight of Teacher Liaisons.

Teachers and other professional or informal educators from pre-kindergarten through higher education are eligible for the program. Teacher Liaisons do not need to focused on science, math or related subjects; they need only to have a desire to integrate space education within their curriculum.

It's the 10th year of the nationally recognized program. Selected educators gain numerous benefits and privileges, while strengthening their teaching skills. Many past Teacher Liaisons are K-12 teachers from schools along the Front Range.

The deadline for applications is Dec. 14. For more information, visit the Space Foundations website here.
