BOULDER — Two University of Colorado students had to be taken to the hospital after they jumped from a third-story apartment window to escape a police raid.

According to a police report, Boulder police officers were called to the apartment on Sunday to shut down a loud party.

Officers say they saw a man and woman jump and both were injured.

The Boulder Daily Camera reports (http://tinyurl.com/9z8d5h7 ) one student was knocked unconscious and the other suffered a broken wrist.

Both were issued tickets for alcohol consumption by a minor.
