Denver's Cherry Hills Village ranked best place for suburbanites

The Denver suburb of Cherry Hills Village has been ranked the No. 1 “Best Place to Live for Suburbanites” by Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate partnered with Onboard Informatics to rank the top places for suburbanites; the ranking is based on attributes such as access to amenities (grocery stores, banks, etc.), proximity to good schools, traffic conditions and community safety.

Cherry Hills Village, about 10 miles south of downtown Denver, boasts a nearly 100 percent home ownership rate and an average commute of less than 20 minutes, according to the study.
