Colorado Springs police released a composite sketch Thursday of a man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman inside a restroom earlier this month.

According to a police report, the assault happened about 8 p.m. July 2, when a woman entered a restroom at 2790 North Academy Blvd., the address of an office complex next to Palmer Park. When she entered the restroom she was grabbed by a white male who was masturbating with his other hand.

The victim got out of the restroom and screamed for help.

The suspect fled in a stolen white 2007 Hyundai Sonata with a Colorado license plate number 865TOA. The car was stolen from a Cimarron Hills address that morning.

The suspect was described as being 6-foot to 6-2, thin, about 160 pounds, with curly medium length blond hair, and in his late 20s to early 30s. He was wearing red shorts when he fled. He had either acne or "meth marks" on his face and appeared to be on drugs during the assault.

Colorado Springs police ask to be notified if the stolen car is seen.

If you know the identity of the suspect, call 444-7000.
