Colorado Holocaust Educators are offering a workshop for educators to help them prepare for Holocaust Awareness Day.

The session, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 17 at the University of Denver, is aimed at deepening teachers' understanding about the Holocaust, including symbols, literature, aesthetics and propaganda. Teachers will leave with hands-on applications and ideas for the classroom. Holocaust Awareness Day is April 19.



Teachers can earn two hours renewal credit for re-licensure with the session.
