Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help finding the following people for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued.

Ray Andrew Armenta, 27, is described as a 170-pound man, 6 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Armenta is being sought on suspicion of robbery.

Randall Vannoy Heath, 50, is described as a 220-pound man, 6 feet 1 inch tall, with black hair and brown eyes. Heath is being sought on suspicion of theft.

Tessie Denise King, 46, is described as a 140-pound woman, 5 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes. King is being sought on suspicion of fraud and deceit.

Lou Nonay, 35, is described a s 220-pound man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. Nonay is being sought on suspicion of parole violation — sexual assault, failure to register as a sex offender, menacing and robbery.

Terry Dean Rowland, 27, is described as a 175-pound man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with red hair and hazel eyes. Rowland is being sought on suspicion of providing false information to a pawnbroker.

Sarah Wills, 31, is described as a 140-pound woman, 5 feet 4 inches tall, with brown hair and green eyes. Wills is being sought on suspicion of parole violation — drug abuse and forgery.

You do not have to give your name, and you could earn a reward of as much as $1,000 for information given to Crime Stoppers.
