The suspect in a carjacking at the Chapel Hills Mall on Sunday was arrested Monday afternoon, Colorado Springs police said. Police said Jeffrey Frank allegedly threatened a woman in the mall parking lot before driving off in her black Audi.

The victim was leaving Dillard's, on the east side of the mall, at about 6 p.m. and was on her way to her car when an unidentified man asked her for a dollar, police said.

When she refused, the man told her he had a gun, police said, and forced her to drop her keys on the ground before driving away.
