California Casualty employees went Western in honor of the property and casualty insurance company's 100th anniversary by donning jeans and heading for the ProRodeo Hall of Fame on Jan. 7.

The company, based out of San Mateo, Calif., has 250 employees locally, some of whom learned some rodeo skills with lassos and pretend bulls during the celebration.

On hand was CEO Carl "Beau" Brown, the fourth generation of the Brown family to head the company, which was founded by his great-grandfather, Carl G. Brown.
