A man held up a Subway restaurant at gunpoint late Thursday afternoon, Colorado Springs police said.

Police are looking for the man who entered the sandwich shop at 1825 N. Circle Drive, pointed a gun at an employee and then fled on foot with an unknown amount of cash.

Officers and police dogs searched of the area, but only found articles of clothing consistent with what the robber was believed to be wearing.
