Two men suspected of robbing a man at gunpoint Sunday night have been taken into custody, while a third suspect remains at-large, Colorado Springs police said.

Daniel Hugill, 28, and Mason Pedotto, 30, were arrested Tuesday, according to a statement released by Lt. Catherine Buckley.

Trent Russell Howard, 24, was still being sought in connection to an armed robbery near Contrails and Stratus drives, just south of Research Parkway.

According to police reports, the three men allegedly robbed and assaulted a man at gunpoint around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. As they were leaving the area in a primer black 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse, several shots were allegedly fired from their car. Police said no one was injured by the gunfire.

The Eclipse was located and confiscated by police, Buckley said.

Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for Howard, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information can call police at 444-7000.
