WATERTOWN, Mass. - Air Force scored four unanswered goals, coming from behind for a 4-2 win over Bentley in an Atlantic Hockey Conference game Saturday.
Bentley (11-14-6, 8-12-5 AHC) scored twice in the first 14 minutes. Air Force (15-12-4, 10-10-3) got a second-period goal from Matt Serratore then scored twice midway through the third in a span of three minutes for the first lead of the series. Evan Giesler scored and then Alex Mehnert followed suit. Brady Tomlak, who set up Giesler, added an empty-net goal.
We "had to overcome some adversity early," coach Frank Serratore said.
