311 set to play in Colorado Springs

Rap-rock band 311 will stop by Pikes Peak Center on Sept. 11.

Hip-hop duo The Reminders will open.

The band got its start in Omaha, Neb., in 1988 and is famous for popular singles such as "Down," "I'll Be Here Awhile," "Amber" and "All Mixed Up." The band's 12th album was last year's "Mosaic.
