2 arrested after found 75 feet up on crane at Colorado Springs construction site

Police say two trespassers hoisted themselves 75 feet up a construction crane early Sunday and got ticketed for their effort.

Zach Yager, 25, and Jack Sohns, 23, were cited for trespassing, police said.

Officers arrived at 1170 Interquest Parkway around 12:45 a.m. Sunday to find Yager and Sohns approximately 75 feet up. They climbed down safely and were detained, police said.

The construction site supervisor said nothing was stolen or damaged.

Firefighters verified no one else was on the crane, according to police.
