A teenager accused of shooting three people on March 19 turned himself in Wednesday, Colorado Springs police said. Miguel Alvarado-Menchaca,17, was wanted on suspicion of attempted murder for the shooting incident University Drive and Pikes Peak Avenue, just west of Academy Boulevard.
